Ski and Snowboard Frames does its best to ship customers’ orders as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your Ski or Snowboard frame as quickly as possible! Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the order date.

Orders placed after 10am CST will be processed by the next business day.

Orders placed after 10am CST Friday will be processed the following Monday.

What is the fastest shipping option?

We ship from River Falls, WI.  First add 1-2 business days for the processing time of your order, then consider our expedited shipping options; USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air (Overnight). Fed Ex ground.  Please call us during business hours to discuss the fastest option for you.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. This will include your shipping details and tracking information.  If you do not receive your order confirmation email or tracking number, please email us at hello@skiandsnowboardframes.com or call us at 651-307-3088 during business hours, and someone from the SkiandSnowboardframes team will gladly assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! SkiandSnowboardframes has the option to ship either USPS international or UPS international. Please note that international orders may take up to 2-3 weeks, or longer, to deliver. SkiandSnowboardframes is not responsible for shipping delays for packages that are held in customs.

We want you to be over-the-moon with your purchase, so we offer a hassle free return policy.
